The story
I am born of a pen stroke suspended between botanical rigour and the grace of ink drawing: the Calamo di Melograno wallpaper tells of the pomegranate not in its fruit but in its most secret moment, that of the bud. On a warm lime ground, between white and ivory, sit closed calyces, pointed leaves patiently veined, slender twigs crossing the space from one corner to the other, like notes taken from a herbarium of another age.
Every shape is a flat field of colour, without shadow or volume, held by a clean ink-coloured outline: bottle green for the leaves, touches of terracotta and burnt orange on the tips of the buds, a single distant branch that dares sea blue. Nothing is accidental, and yet nothing is rigid: the composition breathes, with thickenings and voids that leave the pale ground free to speak, without a centre to dominate the eye.
It is a design made for those who welcome: the entrance of a hotel where the light is soft and time seems to slow. From a distance the wall vibrates like a field of light marks; close up, every calyx, every tooth, every vein appears with the precision of a vintage botanical plate, never childish, always elegant.
In our workshop we give the Calamo di Melograno wallpaper the same care reserved for the most precious plates: stable pigments, surfaces made to last, sizes to order for every wall that wishes to hold this silent flowering.

Delivery in 8–12 days, adhesive included.
Printed and finished in Italy by ZADITALY®. The thickness of the substrate hides most of the imperfections in the wall, the dimensions are cut to your wall and the adhesive is in the box. Carriage within Italy is included and delivery takes 8–12 days. Every design is protected by copyright and the rights remain with the author.
