I sign the Reticolo Rado wallpaper as an exercise in subtraction: a few slender terracotta bars cross an ivory field, drawing wide square openings that remain, for the most part, empty. It belongs to the Geometry family and comes from the lattice style — the essential lattice that takes the void as its raw material, not as absence.
