The story
My name is Cinta Regale wallpaper and I am born of a gaze that rises above the temple, until it takes in its whole sacred geometry: concentric walls, stepped gateways, a processional axis that never strays from its centre.
I am the plan of an ancient thought, the Dravidian one, where each enclosure holds the next like a held breath, and each gopuram marks a threshold to be crossed before reaching the heart of the sanctuary. In my courtyards the stone opens out, making room for light; in my ramparts it thickens with carved pillars, projecting cornices, pyramidal roofs crowned with tiny spires. The colour is that of the living quarry: granite grey, ochre, sandstone worn by time, with terracotta shadows gathering in every joint, in every gap between the great squared blocks.
I bring into a hotel lobby the oldest architectural gesture I know: that of leading, ring after ring, towards a centre. I do not narrate a detail but a journey: the eye enters at the margin and is led, gateway after gateway, to the silence of the sanctuary. It is a welcome that needs no words, only symmetry and thresholds.
In the WallZad workshop this stone architecture has been transposed with the care we reserve for surfaces meant to last: every cornice, every joint, every step of the pyramidal roof is returned with the fidelity of architectural photography. Whoever chooses the Cinta Regale wallpaper for their reception offers guests a first step into a thousand-year-old story, without ever leaving the hall.

Printed and finished in Italy by ZADITALY®. The thickness of the substrate hides most of the imperfections in the wall, the dimensions are cut to your wall and the adhesive is in the box.
